History

Bundi Utsav developed as a cultural and tourism-oriented festival centred on the heritage of Bundi and the wider Hadoti region. Its programme has brought together traditional performances, crafts, competitions and public celebrations.

Over time, the festival has become associated with the town’s historic setting and artistic identity, giving contemporary audiences a way to encounter living regional traditions alongside Bundi’s older architectural and painting heritage.
